Terms of service

By placing an order with Maisonette Collective, you agree to the following:

1. Products
All items are subject to availability. As many of our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects.

2. Orders & Payment
To place a standard order, add your items to the cart, enter your delivery details, and select your preferred payment method: online payment (credit card or ValU) or cash on delivery.

Orders paid online will enter fulfillment once payment is successfully received. For cash on delivery orders, Maisonette reserves the right to confirm the order before dispatch.

3. Fulfillment & Delivery
We begin processing orders upon confirmation of payment (or confirmation for cash on delivery). Our team will contact you to arrange delivery at a convenient date and time within 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier services.

4. Damaged Items
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the item and its packaging.

5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
